1. Scope

Chính sách này mô tả cách MOTIC thu thập, sử dụng và bảo vệ dữ liệu khi bạn sử dụng ứng dụng quản lý tài chính cá nhân MOTIC. Một số tính năng (ví dụ: đồng bộ đám mây) là tuỳ chọn; nếu bạn không bật, dữ liệu của bạn chỉ nằm trên thiết bị của bạn.

This policy explains how MOTIC collects, uses, and protects data when you use the MOTIC personal finance app. Certain features (e.g., cloud sync) are optional; if you do not enable them, your data stays on your device.

2.1. Dữ liệu trên thiết bị (mặc định)

• Giao dịch chi tiêu/thu nhập, hạng mục, kế hoạch tháng, hạn mức ngày.
• Mục tiêu tiết kiệm, ghi chú; (tuỳ chọn) hình ảnh hoá đơn do bạn đính kèm.
• Cài đặt ứng dụng (ngôn ngữ, tiền tệ, tuỳ chọn hiển thị).

• Expense/income entries, categories, monthly plans, daily limits.
• Savings goals and notes; (optional) receipt images you attach.
• App settings (language, currency, display preferences).

Mặc định, MOTIC không gửi các dữ liệu này ra ngoài nếu bạn không bật đồng bộ đám mây.

By default, MOTIC does not transmit this data off your device unless you enable cloud sync.

2.2. Đồng bộ đám mây (tuỳ chọn)

Nếu bạn đăng nhập và bật đồng bộ, chúng tôi xử lý: hồ sơ tài khoản (địa chỉ email hoặc định danh từ Apple/Google), dữ liệu tài chính bạn chọn đồng bộ (giao dịch, danh mục, kế hoạch, mục tiêu), và thời điểm đồng bộ. Dữ liệu truyền qua TLS; lưu trữ trên hạ tầng đám mây (ví dụ: Apple/Google/Firebase) theo tiêu chuẩn mã hoá của nhà cung cấp.

If you sign in and enable sync, we process: account profile (email address or identifiers from Apple/Google), finance data you choose to sync (entries, categories, plans, goals), and sync timestamps. Data is transmitted over TLS and stored on cloud infrastructure (e.g., Apple/Google/Firebase) with provider-level at-rest encryption.

Khi bạn dùng “Sign in with Apple/Google”, chúng tôi nhận được định danh cơ bản do nền tảng cung cấp (ví dụ: email, user ID) để tạo và xác thực tài khoản.

When you use “Sign in with Apple/Google,” we receive basic identifiers provided by the platform (e.g., email, user ID) to create and authenticate your account.

• Ảnh/Camera (tuỳ chọn): để đính kèm hoá đơn.
• Thông báo (tuỳ chọn): nhắc nhở kế hoạch.
• Mạng: phục vụ đồng bộ và sao lưu trên mây khi bạn bật.

• Notifications (optional): for reminders.
• Network: for sync/backup when enabled.

• Cung cấp tính năng cốt lõi (ghi chép, thống kê, nhắc nhở).
• Đồng bộ đa thiết bị khi bạn bật và đăng nhập.
• Hỗ trợ khách hàng, xử lý yêu cầu xoá/xuất dữ liệu.

• Provide core features (tracking, analytics, reminders).
• Enable multi-device sync when you opt in and sign in.
• Customer support, handling data access/erasure requests.

Không bán dữ liệu cá nhân; không dùng cho quảng cáo hành vi.

We do not sell personal data; no behavioral advertising.

4. Lưu trữ & bảo mật

4. Storage & security

• Trên thiết bị: dữ liệu lưu cục bộ (SQLite/Drift). Bạn có thể xoá trong ứng dụng.
• Đám mây (khi bật): mã hoá khi truyền (TLS) và mã hoá khi lưu trữ theo tiêu chuẩn nhà cung cấp.
• Thực hiện các biện pháp hợp lý để bảo vệ khỏi truy cập trái phép.

• On-device: stored locally (SQLite/Drift). You can delete within the app.
• Cloud (if enabled): encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest per provider standards.
• We take reasonable measures to protect against unauthorized access.

5. Chia sẻ với bên thứ ba

5. Sharing with third parties

Chúng tôi chỉ chia sẻ dữ liệu khi cần thiết để vận hành các tính năng bạn bật (ví dụ: dịch vụ đồng bộ của Apple/Google/Firebase) hoặc khi pháp luật yêu cầu. Không chia sẻ cho mục đích quảng cáo.

We share data only as needed to operate features you enable (e.g., Apple/Google/Firebase sync services) or when required by law. No sharing for advertising purposes.

• Truy cập, xuất và xoá dữ liệu trong ứng dụng.
• Huỷ đăng nhập/đồng bộ để dừng truyền dữ liệu lên đám mây.
• Liên hệ chúng tôi để hỗ trợ các yêu cầu về dữ liệu.

• Access, export, and delete data within the app.
• Sign out/disable sync to stop cloud transmission.
• Contact us for assistance with data requests.

7. Trẻ em

7. Children

MOTIC không hướng tới người dùng dưới 13 tuổi. Nếu bạn tin rằng trẻ em đã cung cấp dữ liệu, vui lòng liên hệ để chúng tôi hỗ trợ xoá bỏ.

MOTIC is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided data, please contact us so we can assist with deletion.

8. Thời gian lưu trữ

8. Data retention

• Trên thiết bị: cho đến khi bạn xoá hoặc gỡ ứng dụng.
• Trên đám mây (khi bật): cho đến khi bạn xoá dữ liệu hoặc yêu cầu xoá tài khoản được xử lý.

• On-device: until you delete it or uninstall the app.
• In the cloud (if enabled): until you delete it or your account deletion request is processed.

Chúng tôi có thể cập nhật chính sách. Khi có thay đổi trọng yếu, chúng tôi sẽ cập nhật ngày hiệu lực ở đầu tài liệu.
